The Voitures Anciennes de Granby are managed by a Board of Directors elected by the members for a 3 year mandate. The board is composed of 15 to 20 people. One third of the directors are elected each year.
The executive includes a President, 3 Vice-Presidents, a Secretary and a Treasurer.
Every Novembrer, an Annual Gerneral Assembly is held during which the Board provides a summary of the previous year, the organization's financial report as well as future orientations and projects.
